3 x Eggs
Cream cheese - to taste
1/4 cup Chives - chopped
1 x Boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbl Olive oil
6 x Roma tomatoes - peeled, and sliced
1/4 x Onion, finely chopped
2 tbl Cilantro chopped
1 x Jalepeno pepper - seeded and minced
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Directions: In a small bowl, scramble eggs, cheese and chives. Cook over medium heat to desired doneness. Pound the chicken breast thin.

Heat oil in a pan and saute chicken until done. Combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalepeno and salt and pepper to form salsa. Serve all together with toasted bagel.
