In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Do not overmix. Gently form 4 patties approximately 1 1/2 inches thick. Wrap 1 strip of bacon around each patty and cook over medium-high heat on a charcoal or gas grill 2 to 3 minutes per side for rare and 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium-well.
