1 tbl chile powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
6 x thick rib lamb chops
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine seasonings in a small bowl. Rub chops thoroughly with spices. Cover meat and refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Prepare outside grill or preheat oven broiler to 500 degrees. Arrange chops on a grill rack or broiler pan. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.

Serve with mint or hot pepper jelly.
