Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6.5 ounces)
1/4 cup pitted ripe olives chopped 1 used 4 oz. can
2 tbl red onion chopped
3 med plum tomatoes coarsely chopped or 1 16 oz. can
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 x garlic clove minced
2 tbl fresh basil leaves snipped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Drain marinade from artichokes.

Chop artichokes, olives, and red onion.

Place vegetables in bowl. Press garlic in Garlic Press. I used powdered. Snip basil and add to vegetable mixture; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of vinegar.

Surround with Baked Pita Chips. We use tortilla chips.
