Instructions: Drain marinade from artichokes.
Chop artichokes, olives, and red onion. Place vegetables in bowl. Press garlic in Garlic Press. I used powdered. Snip basil and add to vegetable mixture; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper and a bit of vinegar. Surround with Baked Pita Chips. We use tortilla chips.
