Instructions: Saute celery, onion & pepper in butter. Combine milk & cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add ham, 1/4 cup cheese, salt & noodles. Pour into a 1-1/2 quart casserole & top with another 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
