Instructions: 1. Set oven at 190 C/375 F/Gas Mark 5. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and process until vegetables and nuts are chopped into chunky pieces. Put into a bowl and mix with remaining ingredients.
2. Line a 450g/1lb loaf tin with a strip of non-stick paper, grease well and sprinkle with dry breadcrumbs. Spoon mixture into tin and level the top. 3. Bake uncovered for 45 mins until set. Email this Recipe:
