Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 doz Eggs
2 cup Sour Cream
2 cup Chopped Green Onion
2 lb Diced Turkey Ham
1 can Diced Rotel Tomatoes
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
1 x 2 lb Box Velveeta Cubed
1 tbl Black Pepper
1/2 cup Black Olives ( Sliced)
Several Slices of Tomatoes for Garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased ( Very Large) Casserole Pan at 325 degrees for one hour. or until center is firmly set. you can make this the night before and place in a 250 degree oven 30 minutes before serving.

Freezes Well.

Serves Approx. 40 People
