1/3 cup lemon juice
1 jar mango chutney - (8 1/2 oz)
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree. Brush the hens with the glaze. Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
