1/4 tsp crushed red chile flakes
1 tsp rubbed dry sage
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 tbl sugar
1 tbl chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1 tsp finely-minced lemon zest
1/2 cup apple cider
4 tsp cider vinegar
2 tbl Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Whisk together red chile flakes, sage, thyme, celery seed, sugar, parsley, lemon zest, apple cider, vinegar, mustard and oil.

Use to marinate chicken breasts or pork chops at least for 4 hours or up to 8 hours. Will keep refrigerated up to 1 week.

This recipe yields 1 cup.
