1 x	unbaked 8-inch pastry shell
1 can	frozen apple juice concentra
	thawed (6-ounces)
3 x	eggs
1/2 cup	packed brown sugar
2 tbl	butter or margarine melted
1/4 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Bake unpricked pastry shell at 450 for 4 minutes. Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350. Meanwhile, beat together concentrate, eggs, sugar, butter, and salt. Pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 till knife inserted just off-center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
