4 tbl cilantro roughly chopped
1 tbl ground almonds
1 x inch piece fresh ginger roughly chopped
2 x garlic cloves roughly crushed
1/2 x lime juiced
salt and black pepper
honey (optional)
1 x red peppers (heat of choice) seeded, finely chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix the cilantro, almonds, ginger ,garlic and lime juice with the chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand 10 to 30 minutes before serving.

TESTED: 2002-01-24: Finely chop all ingredients except honey and peppers. Shred or finely julienne the pepper and add pepper to taste to the other ingredients. We used a spicy red bell pepper. Add honey to taste if lime juice is tart. (The original recipe did not mention sweetener.) -KP

NOTES : Review: Serve to brighten rice, vegetables, etc. Bob liked it a star more than I did: but its a great idea. Toast the almonds first to bring out more flavor. Served with rice, broccoli and Red Banana Chicken.
