Serve this sauce with the Thai crab cakes or other fish or meat dish for a
distinctive Thai flavor. makes 3/4 cup
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbl granulated sugar
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 x garlic clove, minced
2 tbl creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.

Add peanut butter and stir with a whisk until smooth. Cool. Stir in cilantro and mint. Serve with crab cakes.
