Instructions: Coat the inside of a slow cooker well with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the slow cooker with the apple slices. Pour the cinnamon mixture over the apples. Cut the first four topping ingredients together using a pastry blender or food processor, adding the oatmeal and nuts last. Cover with topping and cook on low for 2 to 4 hours until apples are tender and mixture is bubbly.
