Instructions: Add applesauce to cinnamon in a small bowl; blend together until it forms a dough. Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on a cutting board and roll it out just the way you would for cookies. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes (for ornaments-poke a hole in top with a toothpick). Place shapes on ungreased cookie sheet. Dry in 150 degree oven for about 3 hours or until firm. Can be used for package decoration, ornaments, etc. Pack in tissue paper to save for years. Refresh scent with a drop of cinnamon oil if needed.
