1 x Egg
2 tbl Vegetable oil
3 tbl Molasses
1 tsp Salt
1 tbl Cinnamon
3/4 cup Quick-cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup Whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup Unbleached white flour
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in the machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Program for white bread or bread and press start.

Makes 1 lb
loaf.
