Recipe for Cinnamon Nut Raisin Bread

1/2 tsp	Active dry yeast
2 cup	Bread flour
1 tsp	Salt
1 tbl	Dark brown sugar, packed
1 tbl	Nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp	Cinnamon
1 tbl	Butter/margarine
3/4 cup	Plus 1T water
1/4 cup	Raisins

Instructions:

Instructions: Automatic Bread Program:
Add ingredients in order except raisins and walnuts. Press SELECT for Normal. Press START. When the machine BEEPS 10 times, 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading, add 1/4 c of raisins and chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hours. After baking, press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
