navel oranges, peeled, sectioned, and chopped |

cucumber, peeled and chopped |

(16-oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained |

(16-oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |

(16-oz) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained |

chopped red onion |

Mix all ingredients in large bowl and top with the following vinaigrette: |

orange juice |
| 1 tbl |
lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp |
Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 tsp |
salt |
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix well and pour over salad ingredients; toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
