Instructions: In small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, basil, rosemary & paprika; sprinkle
over chicken. In nonstick frying pan, place butter or margarine & melt over medium heat. Add chicken & cook, turning, for about 10 minutes or until browned. In small bowl, mix together citrus juices; add wine & stir to blend. Pour over chicken in pan, cover, and reduce heat to low; simmer about 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Remove chicken to warm dish. Into pan drippings, slowly stir in yogurt; heat about 1 minute - do NOT boil - and pour over chicken. Email this Recipe:
