4 x skinless boneless chicken breasts halved
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp fresh basil chopped
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbl butter or margarine
3 tbl fresh lemon juice
3 tbl fresh lime juice
3 tbl fresh orange juice
1/4 cup white wine
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl, mix together salt, paprika, basil, rosemary & paprika; sprinkle
over chicken. In nonstick frying pan, place butter or margarine & melt over
medium heat. Add chicken & cook, turning, for about 10 minutes or until browned. In small bowl, mix together citrus juices; add wine & stir to blend.

Pour over chicken in pan, cover, and reduce heat to low; simmer about 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Remove chicken to warm dish.

Into pan
drippings, slowly stir in yogurt; heat about 1 minute - do NOT boil - and pour
over chicken.
