Instructions: Preheat the oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7.
1 Peel and slice the oranges and limes. Place the slices in a gratin dish with 25 g brown sugar. 2 For the Crumble Topping: Mix the remaining 75g brown sugar in a bowl with the grated butter, vanilla essence and oatmeal. 3 Sprinkle this over the fruit.
