Instructions: In a heavy-bottomed saucepan heat sugar and water, stirring until dissolved. Bring to a boil without stirring and simmer until sugar caramelizes - it will be thick and amber-colored. Remove pan from heat and CAREFULLY add citrus juices - it will bubble furiously. Return to heat and continue simmering until thick, syrupy and concentrated.
