3 tbl	Ground Thyme
3 tbl	Garlic Powder
3 tbl	Onion Powder
3 tbl	Paprika
2 tsp	Dry Mustard
2 tsp	Brown Sugar
1 tbl	Worcestershire Sauce
3 x	Grapefruits, in sections
8 x	New York Strip Steaks

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Spread Worcestershire sauce over grapefruit and steaks. Rub the spice mix over the steaks. Grill, using 1/4 cup grapefruit juice to baste.
