Instructions: In small saucepan, combine sugar, water and mint leaves. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; strain, then stir in orange juice and lemon juice. Pour into shallow pan and freeze until solid, about 6 hours.
(Alternatively, transfer to ice cream maker and follow manufacturers in- structions.) Break up ice and transfer to blender, food processor or cold mixing bowl. (If using blender, you may have to add it in batches.) Process, or beat with electric mixer until ice has broken down and mixture is smooth but not mel- ted. Spoon into individual serving dishes and freeze. Serve within 1 hour or trasnfer to refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving. Pour vodka over Email this Recipe:
