Instructions: Remove and discard skin and breast bone from turkey. Place breast in a jumbo heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
Combine orange juice and next 6 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Set 1/2 cup marinade aside; pour remainder over turkey. Seal and chill 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove turkey from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill turkey, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400 -500 ) 18 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 170 , brushing occasionally with reserved 1/2 cup marinade. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Yield: 8 servings. Note: To bake turkey, place on rack in a roasting pan. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 170 , brush occasionally wit reserved marinade. Email this Recipe:
