12 Muffins

Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
	IN A LARGE BOWL, MIX ----------------
2 x	Eggs
1/2 cup	Sugar
1/2 cup	Oil
1/2 cup	Milk
	Grated zest of 1 lemon
	Grated zest of 1 orange
	Fresh juice of one lemon and
	One orange (should measure 1/2 cup, combined)
	----------------- IN A SMALL BOWL, COMBINE ----------------
1/4 cup	Flour
1 cup	Whole wheat flour
1 tbl	Baking powder
1/2 tsp	Baking soda

Instructions:

Instructions: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Spoon into a medium muffin pan (greased) and bake in a 400F oven for about 20 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool. These muffins were a huge hit at our house!!!
