Instructions: CAKE: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a bundt pan with the nonstick spray. Using an electric mixer, beat together the orange juice, oil and eggs. Add the cake mix to the batter; mix until completely moistened. Continue mixing for 2 minutes on high. Fold in the poppy seeds and zest. Pour the batter into the bundt pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Invert cake onto cake plate; cool completely. Spoon icing over cake and top with extra zest.
ICING: Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Icing should be moderately thick. Add more sugar or juice until icing is at desired consistancy. Email this Recipe:
