	(preferably a large Spanish Navel orange)
2 tbl	lemon juice
2 tbl	balsamic vinegar or white wine vin.
1 x	clove garlic crushed
1 pch	salt
1/4 tsp	dry mustard
	Freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Put everything in a screw-top jar and shake thoroughly. Will keep for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
