Instructions: Butter a shallow ovenproof dish and dust with the caster sugar.
Drain the peaches pat dry with kitchen paper arrange in the prepared dish. Beat the flour and eggs together whisk in the custard. Pour over the peaches and level the surface. Put the ovenshelf on the third set of runners from the top of the roasting ovenput in the clafoutis and bake for 30 minutes until risen and golden brown. Dust with caster sugar and serve immediately.
