4 cup Cream -- light
1/4 cup Flour
2 tbl Shallots
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Avocado -- finely chopped
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Ea canned) ea chives, chopped for gar ea chicken broth for thin soup ea (optional) In medium saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings.

Gradually stir in cream. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and place in refrigerated bowl, cover and chill. Add remaining ingredients and chill well for 4-6 hours at least (preferably overnight).

Garnish with chives whenserving.
