12 x littleneck or cherrystone clams on the half shell
Fine plain bread crumbs as needed
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Put 12 opened clams on the half shell in a baking dish. Lightly cover clams with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with basil, parsley, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings as an appetizer.
