Ingredients:

2 lb potatoes, peeled and sliced
1/4 x inch thick
3 x cloves garlic, chopped
1 x jalapeno, seeded and diced
1 tbl ground cumin
2 cup Jack cheese, shredded
2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt & popper, to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Butter a 2-qt. baking pan and layer 1/3 of the potatoes on the bottom.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the garlic, cheese, cumin and jalapeno on top of potatoes.

Continue layering two more times.

Pour cream over mixture and dot with butter. Cover with the Parmesan cheese and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then uncover and continue to bake until top browns.
