2 cup Sugar
2 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 stk butter
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Oil
2 x Eggs
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Almond extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350.

In large bowl mix together sugar, flour & cocoa. In saucepan melt butter, water & oil together. Bring to boil. Pour over dry mixture.

Blend well. Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda & almond extract. Blend thoroughly. Pour into rectangular baking pan. Microwave until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. About 10-12 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Spread icing evenly over cake. Cool.

Add a few candles or a lot of candles & happy birthday!!

Approximately 12-15 minutes.
