Instructions: Mix together onion, cucumber, tomatoes, garlic and chicken broth.
Stir. Add carrot, bell pepper, tomato juice, lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Blend until well mixed. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with chopped green onions and sour cream. Add croutons if you like.
Yield: approximately 8-10 servings
