Amount Ingredient
2 x Ripe avocados, (preferably Haas with the pebbly skin)
1 lrg Garlic clove mashed to paste
3 tbl Lime juice - (to 4 tbspns)
1 x Jalapeno or to taste,
seeded and minced
2 x Vine-ripened tomatoes seeded, chopped fine
1 sm Red onion chopped fine
1/4 cup Finely-chopped cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Halve and pit avocados and scoop flesh into a large bowl. Mash avocado with a fork and stir in remaining ingredients, combining well. Chill covered with plastic wrap for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. Stir guacamole well and serve with tortilla chips.

This recipe yields about 3 cups.
