1 x onion, chopped
2 x cloves garlic, minced
2 tbl olive oil
1 can Italian tomatoes
1 tbl oregano
1 tbl basil
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft in Dutch oven. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, 1/3 cups water, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over pasta.
