4 cup thinly-sliced potatoes - (abt 4 to 5 med)
1/2 lb Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared
Cheese Product cut up
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp dry mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook potatoes in boiling water 18 minutes or until barely tender; drain. Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.

This recipe yields 6 servings.

Variation: Add 1 cup chopped ham with remaining ingredients.
