Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Original Minute Rice
1 x onion cut thin wedges
1 x garlic clove minced
1/4 cup margarine or butter - (1/2 stick)
1/2 cup water
1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1 sm green pepper diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp prepared mustard (optional)
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook and stir rice, onion and garlic in hot margarine in large skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture is lightly browned. Stir in remaining ingredients except olives. Bring to full boil. Cover, remove from heat.

Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Garnish with olives. Serve with chicken or your favorite main dish.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
