8 oz water
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl butter
2 tbl non-instant nonfat dry milk
1 tbl sugar
2 tsp yeast
3 tbl wheat germ
3 tbl soy bean flour
2/3 cup bread flour less 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
Instructions: Each slice counts as 2 points on Weight Watcher Plan 18 Servings

Place all ingredients into bread pan and process on desired cycle.

If using dough cycle, shape, let rise 40 minutes and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

NOTE:
The soy flour will help moisten your bread and extend the freshness of your bread, naturally. When baking, soy flour will make your bread brown faster, therefore, a lower temperature is needed.
