Instructions: Cream together a little of the yogurt and the tahini in a small bowl.
Gradually add remaining yogurt and water and stir until smooth. Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper and whisk with a fork until combined. Makes about 1/2 cup.
