Leafy Vegetables: 15 minutes Root, Thick-Skinned or Fibrous Vegetables: 30 minutes Thin Skinned Fruits (Berries, Plums, Peaches, Apricots): 15 minutes Thick-Skinned Fruits (Citrus, Banans, Apples): 30 minutes Poultry, Fish, Meat, Eggs: 20 Minutes Do not put ground meat in the bath, but frozen meat can be thawed in the bath.
