Instructions: Sift together the flour, sugar and salt.
Melt the margarine and bring to brisk boil with the water and cocoa. Pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Mix the buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, eggs and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add to above mixture. Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Icing: Mix the margarine, cocoa, milk and vanilla and bring to a brisk boil and add powdered sugar and nuts.
