1/2 x	142 ml carto sour cream
1 x	Clove garlic, crushed
75 gm	Blue Stilton, grated (3oz)

Instructions:

Instructions: Cook the mushrooms according to the pack instructions.

Mix all the dip ingredients together in a bowl, serve with the hot mushrooms.

NOTES : Crispy coated mushrooms with a smooth piquant cheese dip served as a starter or a snack.
