Instructions: Grate cheddar into large mixing bowl. Add crumbled Roquefort. Put garlic through a press; add to cheeses with 1/2 cup of the cola. Add margarine, onion, Worcestershire, dry mustard, salt, and hot pepper sauce. Beat at low speed until blended. Gradually add remaining Coke; beat on high until fairly smooth and light.
