Instructions: Brown the chuck in a little oil in a large deep pan. Add the onions, saute 3-5 minutes. Add the potatoes. When the ingredients have browned pour off any oil. Add the zucchini, if used, the chiles cut up, garlic salt, salt and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Stew should be eaten with a spoon like a hearty sooup.
