4 pkt Pie Crust Sticks
4 tsp chili powder .
Filling
1 lrg onion, chopped fine
2 clv garlic, minced
2 lb ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 dsh Tabasco (hot sauce)
2 tbl chili powder
1 x (4oz) can diced green chiles
Instructions:
Instructions: Roll out Pie Crust Sticks according to pkg. directions, adding 1 teaspoon chili powder to each pkg. ROLL dough between waxed paper cut dough into 3 inch circles FILLING: saute 1 large onion, chopped fine 2 cloves garlic, minced Brown 2 lbs ground beef, drain then add salt and pepper to taste dash of Tabasco (hot sauce) 2 Tablespoons chili powder. Cool. add 1 (4oz)

can diced green chiles 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated mix, adjust seasonings. Cool. Place 1 teaspoon filling on each circle fold in half, seal edges with a fork. Can be frozen at this point and baked later. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. If frozen, bake 25 mins. Serve warm.
