Instructions: In bowl, blend butter and cocoa. Add applesauce. Set aside. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add cocoa mixture and eggs. Blend just until moistened. Fold in raisins/ Spoon into greased medium sized muffins cups.

Bake at 350 degress for 20 minutes.

Yield:12 muffins.
