Instructions: In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 c. cocoa and 2 Tblsp. sugar. Add 3 Tblsp. of hot water and stir until well blended. Place 1 sliced banana in the container of a blender; cover and blend. Add cocoa mixture, cover and blend. Add 1 1/2 c. skim milk ans 2 c. non-fat frozen yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
