Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
FOR CREPES ----------------
3 x Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1 oz Melted butter
4 oz Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 x Vanilla beans, scraped
----------------- FOR FILLING ----------------
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1/4 cup Pureed banana
1 tbl Godiva liqueur
Instructions:
Instructions: Crepe:
1) Combine all crepe ingredients in a bowl and whip with a wire whisk until smooth.

2. Heat a non-stick saute pan and spray with a non-stick coating.

3. Add just enough batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.

4. Cook about 1 minute until light brown, then flip over and cook the other side.

Filling:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.

2. Place 2 Tbsp of filling into the center of the crepe and fold.

3. Heat in the oven or microwave just until warm and serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
