1/4 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Grated lemon rind
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
4 tsp Fresh lemon jice
3/4 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix & chill, roll out & cut into a simple shape, bake 375F for 6 minutes until slightly brown on an ungreased cookie sheet. Frost when cool.
