3 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 x Eggs, well beaten
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, and sift again.

Add sugar gradually to eggs. Add flour alternately with cream, mixing well. Add coconut. Chill.

Roll 1/4 inch thick on slightly floured board. Dredge with sugar. Cut with large round cutter.

Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 13 to 15 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen 3 1/2" jumbles.
