250 gm grated fresh coconut
5 dl water
250 gm sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Simmer the grated coconut in the water for 20 minutes. Add the sugar and simmer for 5 more minutes. Cool until at room temperature. Strain, add the gin and pour in the icecream maker. Freeze in the machine until stiff.
